Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time We ship to the United States. Estimated delivery time is 8–15 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.

Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order at 17track.net.

Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States.

Customs & Duties LiftUp is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@liftupfit.com and we will resolve the issue.
